WHERE WE SHIP FROM:

We maintain a warehouse and showroom in Markham, Ontario.  Carlo G products are shipped via Canpar across Canada and to the USA.



HOW TO ORDER:

 In order to view our wholesale fashion handbags and wallets by Carlo G products and prices, you must first register and be validated. Once you have been approved by us, you will receive an email from us confirming your registration. Once you have received our email confirmation you can start browsing our catalogs immediately.


A) Shopping Cart: Orders can be conveniently placed directly via the Shopping Cart feature on our website, by selecting styles and quantities and then selecting the CONFIRM button (PLEASE FOLLOW STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING VIA THE CARLO G SHOPPING CART)

A copy of your order will be emailed to your email address in our records as well as to our order desk. You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order. Within 24 -48 hours we will have your order processed and shipped to you.


PLEASE NOTE:

IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE SHOPPING CART ORDER, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 4 STEPS:

 

1. Click the "CHECKOUT" on the upper right corner of the shopping cart and this will bring you to your shipping address details.

2. Press the "CONTINUE" button (after confirming your address details are correct) this will take to the next step where you will confirm your payment address etc..

3. Click on: I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions  

and then press on the "CONTINUE" button once more and you will be taken to the last step: "CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION", here you can review all of your order details. 

 4. Choose your payment method then,

 5. Click on "Confirm Order", now you are finished and the order will be sent to our customer service department for processing.


B) Alternate Order Methods: You can place your Carlo G order By Fax: 905-752-0476, by email to customerservice@carlogbags.com or by telephone 905-752-0475 if you prefer.



HOW TO PAY:


Option 1: Pay with your Pay Pal account.

Option 2: Pay by Visa or Master card. We will ship upon receipt of payment by credit card in advance of shipment.

Option 3: We will advise you of the total amount of your order and you can mail us your cheque. Once your cheque has cleared our bank (approx. 5 business days)we will ship your order.



MINIMUM HANDBAG & WALLET ORDER:

Due to costs of processing we require orders to total A MINIMUM OF $100.00 before taxes and shipping cost.



OUR GUARANTEE:

We genuinely strive to ship all our fashion handbags and wallets by Carlo G products 100% free of defects in manufacturing. In the event that a manufacturing defect is found in a product you receive from us, we will replace it as long as we are notified within 5 business days of receipt of the defective item. We ask that you inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and should you receive an item which appears to be defective, please contact us by fax or email at customerservice@carlogbags.com within 5 business days of receipt by quoting your order No. and  identifying the item by Style Number and color with a brief description of the problem. We will reply to you and make arrangements to meet with your satisfaction.
